Listen to music
Go to live music concerts or take out those all time favorite CD’s and calmly let the music sink in you. Enjoy it, dance on it if you feel but pamper yourself with enjoyable music. It has been found out that a good peaceful music increases the immunity and germ killing cells in the body.
Beware of noise pollution

Pessimist persons are known to succumb more to diseases than positive minded people. Negative thinking can lead to lot of tension and stress in the body which can affect the immunity of various organs. It has been found that people with pessimist approach have very low immunity and is more prone to dangerous diseases like hepatitis.
Right diet
Since you are what you eat, it is always better to take care of your dietary habits whether you are ill on not. Good food habits go a long way in giving you the much needed immunity potent and protect your body from different diseases. Fresh fruits and vegetables along with little amount of carbohydrates and fat (excluding omega-3) and proteins is an ideal way to eat.
